Just like if you were to buy a meat joint, a glaze can really lift the flavour of a plant-based centrepiece. We suggest mixing 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp maple syrup as these make a great basic glaze and also are common ingredients in many people's store cupboard. But many of our customers also like to get adventurous with their glaze by adding lemon and thyme, or using a garlic butter.
