This small batch cheese is handcrafted in a similar style to traditional Mediterranean Halloumi Cheese on the family farm in the Glen-of-Imaal nestled in the heart of the Wicklow Mountains using only Sheep’s Milk from their own milking flock.

You only need a small amount of halloumi to add a lot of flavour to your food – it’s got such an intense salty flavour that it really lifts everything you cook.
